Hi, I'm Chris.

I'm a user researcher. I help companies understand their users, evaluate their designs, uncover opportunities, and generate solutions. I'm currently taking a one-year sabbtical to learn new skills, invest in relationships, and travel about. You can find me on Twitter and LinkedIn.

If you want to hire me in 2017, you might be interested in this brief overview of my professional career to date:

I cut my teeth in the world of tech startups as the first employee at Centsports, where I oversaw marketing, community management, and ad operations.

I led user experience research initiatives and wore a few other hats at award-winning digital agency Nebo.

As user experience architect, I embedded on a product team at The Advisory Board Company, incorporating user research into an Agile work flow to ensure the successful redesign of a newly acquired product.

As lead user researcher on a centralized team, I worked on a number of strategic exploratory projects as well as provided training and expertise to the product teams. The work ranged from desk work such as text analysis of call logs to field work, such as in-home interviews with consumers.

Sabbatical (see above).
